Ranch Colony Homes for Sale

Ranch Colony offers equestrian property and golf course homes in Jupiter, Florida.  This private gated community contains 257 custom estates, located within five separate neighborhoods: The Dye Preserve, Old Trail, Ranch Acres, Ranch Estates, and Tailwinds. Ranch Colony spreads over 2,000 acres in a neighborhood known for its larger lot sizes and quiet natural setting. Golf courses, horse trails, and landing strips are a few of the many notable features this community has to offer its residents.  The community, located on the north side of Jupiter Farms, is approximately 3 miles west of I-95 and the Florida Turnpike and is right on the county line that divides Martin and Palm Beach County, Florida.

The Golf Communities in Ranch Colony

Formerly known as Cypress Links, the Dye Preserve got its new name when well-known golf architect Pete Dye revamped it and turned it into an exclusive equity golf club. The Dye Preserve features 18 challenging holes of golf with only 50 golf course homes situated 1 to 5 acre home-sites.

Old Trail features 74 homes and is a part of Jonathan’s Landing Country Club and offers 36 holes of golf on two unique golf courses, one designed by Arthur Hill and the other by Tom Fazio. The Tom Fazio one is more challenging of the two courses.

The Airpark community

Tailwinds is a Jupiter based air-park with its own 2,700 foot runway equipped with lights that allow night navigation. It is a popular neighborhood for pilots or anyone looking to find a home that has its own hangar to store a plane.
